What attracted you to HitLights? I was excited about the opportunity to work in a green, high-tech industry, and for a company that takes pride in their employees' personal growth.
What excites you the most about your role at HitLights? The first impression that customers have of our company is what they see and experience on the website – and I get to decide what that experience is like. My primary goal is to make the customer experience better – and as a bonus, when I succeed, our business improves.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever received? No single one jumps out at me, but if there's one type of advice that I appreciate the most, it's to always have curiosity and a yearning for knowledge.
When not working, how do you like to spend your time? I like to ride a bike, explore the outdoors, and feed my friends and family homemade bread and pizza.
What's the most frequently asked question you receive, and what's your best answer? What are the dimensions of (insert product here)? Answer: “We heard you, and we included product dimensions on the product pages.”
