Job Title: Western Regional Business Development Director



Business Development Director Job Purpose:

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. The goal is to drive sustainable growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

  • Setup meetings with clients

  • Present our company to potential clients

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate product

  • Build long-term trusting relationships with client

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

  • Attend expos to prospect and meet clients

  • Stay up-to-date with new products

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support


Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in business development, sales executive or similar role

  • Experience with multiple sales techniques

  • Track record of exceeding sales quota

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Familiarity with MS Excel

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Availability:
Full time

Experience: 3 years Business Development Experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
