Our Premium UL-Listed LED Light Strips are thin and discreet lighting products that can be mounted directly on most surfaces to provide professional-quality lighting effects. Our strips operate on 12V DC power, and can be used with a variety of dimmers, switches, connectors, and other low-voltage accessories to accomplish a wide variety of lighting tasks. Not only are our LED Light Strips simple to install, but they can last for years with minimal power requirements.

Our Premium UL-Listed strips differ from our standard strips by using higher quality LEDs, a thicker and more durable strip, and by being made in our UL certified facilities. They're a higher quality product and therefore come with a six year warranty.

Our light strips are also cuttable and connectable with extension cables

  • This Single Color Strip operates on 12V DC.

To use it in your home or business you will need a power supply (sometimes called a transformer or driver) to convert your home's 110V AC power to 12V DC. The power supply you choose will need to be rated above the total wattage of the strip you are using (see specifications tab for power requirements per foot of strip).

This strip is cuttable and connectable.

You can cut it with scissors every three LEDs, and connect it with wire and solder - or with our solderless connectors.

    This strip is dimmable.

You can connect a low voltage dimmer between it and your power supply - or you can use dimmable power supply and a high voltage dimmer switch installed before the dimmable power supply. An EZDim dimmer switch has a built-in dimmable power supply - and is a very easy install.

This strip is easy to install.

It comes with adhesive backing tape. For difficult installations, particularly if you're installing it upside down or outdoors, you might require our heavy duty mounting tape or aluminum channels.

These are excellent. I recommend putting them in an extruded channel with a diffuser

I really like these. I am new to the world of LED light strips so I purchased these more or less randomly from the choices available.

They work great. I use them to illuminate the inside of a 4’ x 2’ snake cage. They are automated by a Smart Power Strip.

My favorite thing about this light strip is the waterproof covering is a silicon tube with rectangular cross section. If you don’t need it, you simply slide the strip out of the tube and it’s ready to go. No peeling or cutting integrated rubber coatings.

Very bright waterproof light strip.

I don't trust anything to stick to my travel trailer at speed and varying temperatures so I purchased extra mounting straps. But these are bright lights and should work out just fine.

Spot-on Color Temp + Great Build Quality

I purchased these for above-cabinet accent lighting that would match the 120v under-cabinet lighting that was also installed in the same lighting project--both of which were 3000k color temperature. The tape light is very well made, with a copper bed that is easily twice as thick as other LED tape lighting that I have used on other projects. The color temperature was a perfect match with the 3000k under-cabinet fixtures. With the leftover tape section from this project, I made a fixture for my stove, tapping it into my under-cabinet low-voltage pucks lighting circuit. What an improvement in color and output over the microwave's anemic cook top light.

Some notes on how to install these

Overall, these are a very good product, and at this price a great value.
Some things to note:
* While they don't produce as many lumens per foot as the fluorescents, they are effectively at least as bright.
* These are "double density" - twice as many LED's per foot as the more usual 300 LED strips.
* Re soldering: The solder pads are covered with a protective material that must be scraped off before they will "wet".
