How many amps can these connectors handle?
Each connector is rated for up to 5 amps of current. This is sufficient for most typical LED strip/COB lighting applications.

How do I install this with an LED strip?
Connect according to the positive and negative terminals of the connector. Simply slot the strip light into connector and clamp the cover. No soldering and other tools required
Can I shorten the LED strip and re-use the connector on the cut end?
Yes, you can trim your LED strip to length and reuse the connector with no issues. Just make sure to cut the LED strip on the cut mark.
Is it normal for the connectors to get warm during use?
It is normal for the connectors to get slightly warm to the touch during operation. This is not a cause for concern.
