I had this dimmable driver installed for my kitchen cabinet led strip lights. The original driver stopped working after about 2 years and I contacted support as this is warrantied for 6 years. Mr. Meden provided exceptional service and support in getting the replacement shipped to me in no time.

These connectors make reliable LED tape light connections and simplify the tape light installation process. If you are installing gel coated tapes, be sure to gently scrape the tape contacts untill they shine. Otherwise, the gel residue acts as an insulator. - (Hitlights Amazon Store)

Beware the somewhat misleading descriptors used for these lights. While the 3000K option is described as “Warm White” and 2700K as “Soft White,” in fact, 3000K to these eyes has nothing to do with warm. It’s a cool, neutral light that reads bluish-white at night. We were looking to replace old “rope lights” from maybe 15 years ago that gave off a truly warm, incandescent glow. After doing some post-installation research, I now see that if you’re looking for a warm incandescent lighting effect, go for 2700K, whatever it’s called by the vendor. Why the warmer, in fact, warmest (2700K) light is called “soft” rather than “warm” and the cooler (3000K) is called “warm” is, frankly, beyond me. Caveat emptor!

This is 3rd and 4th set purchased. Excellent kit to introduce you to LED Lights and for lighting smaller spaces. Have used on a Bar Cart/Cabinet and TV Credenza. Simple to install with no issues at a great price. Everything needed is in kits. I purchased with and without waterproof option. I like the waterproof sets best for added protection of LEDs. The multi-colored remote that comes in kit works flawlessly. Nice remote allows for changing Light colors and light intensity.
Installation Note: If a strip does not light, it is due to plugs connected wrong. Match arrow to arrow between plugs to strips and the RBG lettering to RBG lettering on strip to strip ends. :-)

Excellent product! A lot of compliments on its consistent lighting.

Does not overheat like other brands I tried previously.

Decided to get these for where I couldn't solder easily and you really have to be patient and scrape the excess plastic from the LED strips to get a good grip. Prefer solder but if you need a 90 degree turn above your head and too short to solder use these - (Hitlights Amazon Store)

THIS DRIVER WILL NOT WORK WITH JUST A REGULAR SINGLE POLE OR ANY OTHER DIMMER. HAS TO USE THE HITLIGHT RF DIMMER.

Outstanding bang for the buck and very bright light strip. I have some other 3 k lighting and this strip seems appreciably hotter (color wise), i'd guess 4k, even though the box claims 3k (docking 1 star for the hotter temp). I checked it with an iPhone app and it too was saying around 4.1 k, although I have no way of officially confirming the temp. Other than being a bit hotter color wise, I am very pleased with the quality of the kit. Would definitely recommend and buy again if needed. Not sure if the controller mentions it in the manual, but I can confirm that the a reduced brightness or operating mode is saved and restored with the removal and restoration of power, which is a good thing for my application (under cabinet counter lighting)

It works well for the product it’s intended for. It was kind of annoying that this specialized power source is needed for the lights that I ordered, and it’s fairly expensive at that. Feels pretty overpriced.

I installed the dimmer to light up my floating shelves and they look great; I had a problem during installation and Erick from customer service helped me to figure everything out.
